Starting at Heartland Bank in early 2024 as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Ryan has spent twenty years mastering the various areas of the residential lending business. His career started in real estate title and escrow, then transitioned to a mortgage closing department of a non-bank lender. After five years in an operations capacity, Ryan transitioned to sales, originating loans. With eight years in sales management experience, he decided to simply focus on his passion for helping others and originating loans. Ryan is proud to represent such a top-notch, full-service, forward-thinking lender in the Columbus market, marking the high point of what has been a very rewarding career in residential lending. He is excited to put his passion for sales, real estate finance and superior service to work by offering the many Heartland Bank mortgage options in this dynamic and growing market.
